Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor for our Pittsburgh stores to lead a high-energy team and deliver hospitality across every customer experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficient service, with an emphasis on mentoring staff and maintaining product availability.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and perform repetitive bending and standing.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and assist with lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18+ years of age (21+ for certain tasks in VA).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve food and beverages to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
