Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a supervisor for our State College store. You will lead a high-energy team, deliver friendly hospitality, and ensure fast, accurate food and beverage service while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You’ll mentor teammates, manage tasks, and keep shelves stocked, merchandised, and clean in a fast-paced environment. The night shift includes extra pay and generous benefits—and your growth with Sheetz is a priority.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and perform repetitive bending, standing and reaching.
• Must be 18 years or older; supervision tasks may require 21+ per VA rules.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to exact specs safely and quickly.
• Mentor and coach teammates to prioritize tasks as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available.
• Keep store, kitchen and dining areas clean.
