Sheetz is seeking a Supervisor in Mount Joy, PA to lead store team members with a focus on hospitality and efficiency. The role requires delivering high-quality food and beverage service, mentoring staff, and maintaining store presentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, with lift up to 20 pounds; assist others with 40 pounds as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service
• Prepare quality food and beverages to customer specifications quickly and safely
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks
• Ensure products are stocked, merchandised, rotated and available for customers
