Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to lead in-store teams, ensuring friendly service and efficient operations. You will guide staff to meet customer needs, uphold safety standards, and drive performance.

The role includes a $1.50/hour night shift premium for 10pm–6am, quarterly bonuses, PTO, 401k match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, and full medical, vision and dental coverage, plus snack discounts and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multi-task, bend, stand, and reach; lift up to 20 pounds, occasional 40 pounds.
• Age 18+ required; VA state law may require 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with warm, top-tier service.
• Prepare quality food and beverages to order quickly and safely.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and operate as a cohesive unit.
• Monitor store inventory, merchandising, and product availability.
• Maintain store cleanliness in all areas.
