Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, and lift up to 20 pounds (40 with assistance).
• Must be 18 years or older; VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21+ for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve high-quality food and beverages to order in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively.
• Monitor store products to ensure stock, merchandising, rotation, and availability.
• Maintain cleanliness in store, kitchen, and dining areas.
