Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a self-motivated team member for evenings and overnight shifts at our Hickory, NC stores. You will greet customers, craft food and beverages to order, and lead teammates to deliver fast, friendly service.

Starting wage is $18.00 per hour with additional $1.50/hr for overnight hours. Benefits include bonuses, PTO, 401k match, stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive medical, vision and dental coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds; may assist others lifting 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Serve food and beverages to exact specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work as a team.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen and dining areas clean.
