Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Store Team Member to greet customers, prepare quality food and beverages, and deliver friendly service in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes teamwork and top-tier customer experience in a retail store setting.

Starting pay is $18.50 per hour for evenings/overnight shifts, with opportunities for growth, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
• Ability to multi-task, stand/bend for long periods, and lift up to 40 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your work team to prioritize tasks and work as a Team Member.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
