Job summary

Sheetz in Sterling, VA is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will mentor team members, ensure quality and safety in food prep, and drive sales while upholding Sheetz standards. Additional $1.50/hr for working 10pm-6am shifts is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older; VA state law requires Supervisors to be 21 for certain tasks.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach; lift up to 20 pounds, and assist with 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serve food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your work team to prioritize tasks.
• Monitor in-store merchandise to ensure availability and proper rotation.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
