Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor to lead our store team with high-energy hustle and a strong team mentality. You’ll guide staff to deliver hospitality and quality food and beverages to meet customer specifications in a fast, friendly way.

Be a leader by example, mentoring your team while ensuring products are stocked, merchandised, and ready for customers. The role includes a night shift premium and extensive growth and development opportunities within a supportive company culture.

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Make magic happen by serving up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach your work fam to prioritize tasks and rock it as a Team Member
• Keep an eye on the goods in-store to make sure that products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for our customers
• Keep thingz clean in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
