• Coach overnight staff and monitor performance to ensure company standards.
• Ensure safety meetings and proper handling of equipment and pallets.
• Maintain clean, organized store areas and safe backroom operations.
• Execute 7 Day Workflow Plan for night shift and manage stock flow.
