Qualifications

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience with 1 year of supervisory experience
• Associates will be required to complete trainings (Academy, Open Door, etc.)
• Firearms CBC/Training may apply for relevant locations

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams, set expectations, mentor hourly associates and drive engagement
• Drive store financials by monitoring budgets, forecasts, and controllable expenses
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve issues using the One Best Way model
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to hit sales and shrink targets
