Job summary

Walmart is seeking a store leadership professional to drive team development and superior customer service at the Saugus, MA location. You will lead daily operations, analyze financial performance, and implement community-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all trainings and assessments (Open Door, Academy, etc.).
• Firearms CBC and Firearms training requirements may apply for certain facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through teaching, feedback, and feedback loops.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service excellence using the One Best Way service model and community initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Open Door Policy, and support ethics and integrity across the store.
