Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports with performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by coaching, training, and providing feedback to store associates.
• Drives store financial performance by monitoring budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Oversees staffing, training, and development to ensure a belonging, compliant, and productive workplace.
