Job summary

Serv-U-Success is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the full-time night shift from 9:00pm to 5:00am. The role focuses on hands-on leadership, team development, and ensuring exceptional store execution.

You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding results, coach staff, and maintain safe, organized, customer-focused environments across shifts. Availability on weekdays and weekends is required, with travel between local locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, product resets, remodels, and special projects.
• Lead assigned shifts and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members while reinforcing company standards and best practices.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Build positive relationships with customers, store leadership, and team members.
• Promote a culture of safety by modeling safe work practices and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
