Job summary

Sheetz is hiring a Supervisor for overnight shifts in Criders Corners, PA. You will lead store operations, greet customers, and ensure quality food and beverages prepared to exact specifications in a fast, safe, and friendly manner.

As a leader, you will coach team members, maintain product availability, and uphold store cleanliness. Eligible employees can receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus and participate in extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; in VA state law Supervisors may need to be 21 for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier service.
• Serve food and beverages to customer specifications safely and quickly.
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and perform well.
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and available for customers.
• Keep store, kitchen and dining areas clean.
