Sheetz in Phillips, PA is hiring a Supervisor to lead a high-energy store team with hospitality at the forefront. You’ll coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure food and beverage orders meet exact customer specifications while maintaining safety and speed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old (21+ for certain tasks per VA state law).
• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds and assist with lifting 40 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly greetings and provide top-tier service.
• Serve food and beverages to meet customer specifications safely and quickly.
• Mentor and coach store team members to prioritize tasks and work as a cohesive unit.
• Monitor in-store products to ensure stock levels, merchandising, and rotation are maintained.
• Keep store, kitchen, and dining areas clean and organized.
