Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Stocking Clerk to ensure shelves are stocked with a wide range of food and grocery products. The role involves moving items from pallets to their correct shelf locations and maintaining an orderly back room by removing waste and cardboard as needed.

You will work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead, collaborate with leadership, and provide friendly, customer-focused service while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks daily.
• Comfort with basic technology and following procedures.
• Team-oriented, reliable with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
