Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Stocking Clerk to keep our store shelves stocked with a wide range of groceries and products. You will move stock from pallets or carts to designated shelf locations, retrieve backstock, and dispose of packaging in the back room to maintain organized spaces.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
• Comfortable using basic technology and following processes.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets/carts to correct shelf locations.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back rooms.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Provide courteous interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
