Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings).
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
• Manage customer service initiatives and uphold the One Best Way service model to ensure high-quality experiences.
• Drive store financial performance via budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to align with sales goals.
• Coordinate plans with stakeholders, set clear expectations, and monitor progress to achieve results.
• Promote a culture of belonging and ensure a compliant, ethical work environment.
