Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Store Leader at our 1053 Frontage Dr E location in Wiggins, MS. You will lead and coach teams, drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with company direction and customer service standards.

Responsibilities include developing associates, enforcing policies, improving processes, and delivering a high-quality customer experience while maintaining Walmart values and operating principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college, or 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates will attend and complete all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and giving feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by monitoring budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues using OBW service model.
• Coordinate store operations, merchandising, and inventory to meet sales and shrink targets.
