Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training may be required.
• For facilities that sell ammunition, state requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and listening to associates and providing feedback across store operations.
• Manages customer service initiatives and ensures high-quality customer experience.
• Reviews PL statements, budgets, and expenses to drive sales and profitability.
• Hires, trains, mentors, and evaluates hourly associates to support staffing and growth.
