Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a Stock Associate to maintain and replenish stock in a safe, efficient manner while delivering friendly, courteous service during night shifts from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.

You will stock, rotate, display products, use hand trucks and pallet jacks, and help keep the store clean and safe. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work nights and weekends, and provide reliable customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly, courteous service to customers and coworkers.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle inventory procedures.
• Flexibility to work varied night hours and weekends in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish stock to meet customer needs.
• Keep stockrooms and displays orderly; rotate, face, and date-check products.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Assist in pricing, stocking, and merchandising as needed.
• Train other employees and perform additional duties as assigned.
