Job summary

Mansfield Care Center is seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the night shift. You will work with a nursing team to support residents with daily activities, monitor health indicators, and document care in the facility’s records.

A high school diploma and STNA certification are required or preferred, with prior long-term care experience a plus. The role offers a stable full-time schedule, competitive hourly pay, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification is required/desired.
• Previous healthcare/long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers using assistive devices as needed.
• Assist with meals and monitor nutrition and hydration.
• Record care provided and residents’ responses in EHR or paper charts.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness and follow infection control guidelines.
