Responsibilities

• Responsible for deep cleaning all kitchen cooking equipment in all venues, deep cleaning all floors in venues, deep cleaning all drains in venues, all general cleaning needs in all venues/outlets, and all used grease removal on property and any other task given by Steward Supervisor including disposing of trash, washing dishes/pots, and any other cleaning assignments.
