Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required.
• Experience preferred.
• CCRN preferred.
• BLS and ALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Involves patient and family psychosocial and emotional needs in care assessment.
• Constructs and implements the plan of care using nursing knowledge.
• Coordinates the implementation of the interdisciplinary plan of care for assigned patients.
• Develops goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans for patients.
