Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Step down Registered Nurse in Florence, SC. This 13-week assignment offers nights, 3 eight-hour shifts? 12-hour 19:00 - 07:00 schedule, and Epic charting system. Start date 10/12/2026. Openings: 1.

Pay ranges from $1679 to $1909 weekly with comprehensive benefits typical of Aya Healthcare. SC license or compact, ACLS/BLS certifications required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a step-down RN with current SC or Compact license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required or active.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe step-down inpatient care to assigned patients.
• Monitor cardiac telemetry and manage hemodynamic stability.
• Administer medications and coordinate with healthcare team.
