Job summary

Aya Healthcare, Inc. is hiring a Step-down Registered Nurse for an acute care hospital in Dayton, Ohio. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with nights as the shift and 19:00–07:30 schedule. Openings: 1. Start date: 10/12/2026. Epic is the charting system.

Experience required: 2+ years as RN; OH or Compact licensure; ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications preferred. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and housing options.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
OH license or Compact license required; quick application process.
ACLS, BLS and NIHSS certifications required.

Responsibilities

Provide step-down care for acute patients.
Manage Ventilator and central line patients.
Monitor telemetry and ABG interpretations.
