Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Step down Registered Nurse in Thomasville, GA. The position offers nights with a 3, 12-hour schedule (19:00–07:00) and a 13-week assignment. Start date is 10/12/2026, with Cerner as the charting system.

Pay ranges from $2006 to $2199 weekly; licenses must be GA or Compact. Benefits are extensive, including housing or a stipend and generous coverage in health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year minimum.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS.
• GA License or Compact License required.
• Previous Charge Nurse experience preferred.
