Cremer North America, LP in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Night Shift Chemical Flaking Stand-up Forklift Operator to support the Flaking department, operate forklifts, and ensure safe, efficient production. The role requires 1 year of stand-up forklift experience and adherence to GMP, 5S, and HACCP standards.

The position follows a 2-2-3 rotation with every other weekend. Training will cover safety, equipment operation, and quality procedures, offering overtime where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1 year of stand-up forklift experience is required; 2+ years preferred.
• 1 year of continuous work history with a company required; 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and material handling equipment to move supersacks and materials.
• Perform washouts and changeovers of facilities and equipment.
• Follow GMP, quality, and food safety procedures and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain 5S standards and perform autonomous maintenance.
• Keep work area clean and organized and transfer inventory through required paperwork.
