The ideal candidate holds a valid Ohio RN license, is eligible for immediate practice, and has or will obtain a BSN within five years.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the State of Ohio.
• BSN or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Current CPR certification required; willing to obtain NRP, PALS, ACLS, APHON as determined by manager.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care using a Family Centered approach.
• Assesses individualized patient needs and communicates care priorities to licensed staff and health team members.
• Plans, implements, educates and evaluates care using Evidence-Based Practices.
• Documents according to organizational standards, policies, and procedures.

Education
