Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis: initial, ongoing health status assessment for the patient.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning: document planned interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation: evaluate response to interventions and revise care plan as needed.
• Leadership: participate in process improvement for quality and safety.
• Operations: support safe and efficient unit operations.
