Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification.
• RN license (Ohio or multi-state compact).
• Current Ohio RN license in good standing or compact state.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis -Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning -Document planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation -Evaluate response to care and revise plan as needed.
• Leadership -Participate in process improvement to improve quality and efficiency.
• Operations -Triage, coordination, and delegation within the team.
