Labcorp in Bristol, PA is hiring a Specimen Processor I. This on-site role supports preparation, labeling, and routing of specimens for testing, with a focus on accuracy, data entry, and meeting production goals.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred 1+ year lab or warehouse experience, and attention to detail. Candidates must handle specimens safely and be able to pass a color blindness test. Shift: 7pm–3:30am, Mon–Fri with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more experience in lab, accessioning, production, manufacturing, or warehouse preferred.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills; MS Office experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and testing.
• Unpack and route specimens to their respective staging areas.
• Accurately identify and label specimens.
• Pack and ship specimens to proper testing facilities.
• Meet department activity and production goals.
• Properly prepare and store excess specimen samples.
• Data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Resolve and document any problem specimens.
