Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring Security Center Operators for a Commercial Office in New York. This part-time role covers overnight shifts (12AM–8AM) with flexibility across Monday–Sunday, providing frontline security and client service in a fast-paced RSOC/GSOC environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security operations experience.
• Experience in security analysis, incident assessment, and triage.
• Proficiency with IT applications and data entry at ~25 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following safety procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular patrols and follow RSOC/GSOC procedures.
• Monitor security systems and coordinate responses to alarms.
• Compile daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
• Maintain logs and handle telephone inquiries.
• Support emergency response and communicate with responders.
