Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Palmerton, PA is seeking a punctual, detail-oriented person to join our snowmaking team. You will work a 10pm–10am shift outdoors to prepare premier skiing surfaces and support guests and staff in a fast-paced mountain environment.

Responsibilities include operating snowmaking equipment and vehicles, basic equipment maintenance, and assisting with parking areas. Benefits include a season pass and discounts on food/merchandise as part of a growing hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Shift will be from 10pm to 10am.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate all snowmaking equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Operate all vehicles, including snowmobiles, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform basic snowmaking equipment maintenance.
• Work on the production of snow to create the best skiing surface for our guests.
• Assist in clearing/shoveling the parking areas and common areas of natural snow.
• Other duties as assigned.
