Job summary

Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is seeking Night Shift Controllers for ourSnowmaking Team in Carrabassett Valley, Maine. You will monitor and control pumps and compressors from the control room, log maintenance, and coordinate with the on-hill team. Starting wage is $20/hour with strong team support and perks.

Ideal candidates are computer-savvy, independent, and good communicators, able to operate the snowmaking program and respond to temperature-driven needs during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills are a must.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be available for nights and weekends.
• Computer skills required to run the water pumps and compressors program, log maintenance, and make operation decisions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor computer and control pumps/compressors.
• Maintain equipment logs.
• Perform light maintenance on equipment.
• Communicate needed actions and changes with on-hill snowmaking team.
