Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Licensed Sleep Technologist for overnight polysomnography in our Olympia, WA sleep lab. You’ll explain procedures, ensure patient comfort, and monitor diagnostic equipment throughout the night.

The role requires certification as a Sleep Technologist, strong EMR skills, and excellent communication, with a focus on high-quality patient care and safety in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Sleep Technologist with night-shift credentials.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong computer skills and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform overnight polysomnography following clinical protocols.
• Prepare patients for sleep studies and ensure comfort.
• Set up, calibrate, and monitor EEG, EKG, EMG, EOG, pulse oximetry, and PAP devices.
• Observe patients during sleep and respond to clinical events.
• Document, score, and maintain patient records per HIPAA.
• Troubleshoot and maintain sleep laboratory equipment.
• Educate patients about sleep disorders and CPAP/BiPAP therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment while delivering service.
