Job summary

Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The role is based on-site at Fontana/Riverside locations and oversees night-shift deployment, operation, and upgrades while coordinating with the day shift site lead at Headquarters.

You will lead on-site teams, hire and mentor staff, and provide engineering feedback to shape new product features, with emphasis on communication and high-pressure execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years deploying hardware at customer sites or in industrial settings.
• Experience in technical/engineering consulting or technical program management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.
• Ability to lead teams and execute in high-pressure environments.
• Experience managing several employees and customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Deployment of humanoid robots on customer’s site.
• Daily onsite production operations.
• Onsite humanoid fleet service & maintenance.
• Onsite team hiring, development, and leadership.
• New product & feature development input, onsite testing, and engineering feedback.
