Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing (Required).
• Registered Nurse - PA (Required).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required).
• BLS/CPR, as a healthcare provider as per the American Heart Association.
• More than 15 months relevant professional nursing experience and completion of the Nurse Residency Program, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the nursing process and ensure safety and quality care.
• Collaborate with interprofessional health care team to coordinate care.
• Respond to emergencies as part of rapid response and code teams.
• Demonstrate clinical practice competencies across CQI, evidence-based practice, leadership, and teamwork.
• Support families and loved ones of patients.
• Work with the SICU team to deliver compassionate care.
