Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator for the C shift (11p–7a) in Ohio. You will move materials, unload/load trucks, verify shipments, and document activities to support inventory accuracy and on-time dispatch.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, possess strong communication and teamwork skills, and are comfortable with Oracle/OTM/Google Docs. A forklift license is preferred and safety is a core value.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and customer service abilities.
• Able to work with computers and programs (Oracle, Telnet, OTM, Google Docs, Lotus Notes).
• Must value safety and follow applicable policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Move material to raw, WIP, finished, shipping, receiving, and manufacturing areas.
• Unload/load trucks and verify materials against documents.
• Record movements in the Inventory Management System.
• Support inventory accuracy with cycle counts and room checks.
• Coordinate with teams to meet dispatch cut times and maintain safety.
