Responsibilities

• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure shipments are on schedule.
• Enter daily activity into electronic systems and maintain accurate records.
• Print, label, and manage bills of lading and related paperwork.
• Update and track shipments in yard management and ERP systems.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries; assist with schedule changes.
• Prepare and file day’s transactions and hand off to next shift.
