Job summary

Baker Commodities, Inc. is seeking a team member to safely support manufacturing by moving material and operating/cleaning plant equipment during the 11pm–7am third shift in Massachusetts.

Position requires knowledge of production processes, ability to operate equipment and forklift, and a high school diploma. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, holidays, vacation/sick time, and retirement plan access.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of production processes and operation of equipment.
• Skill to control equipment and monitor operations of it.
• Ability to move material with or without specialized equipment.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• High School graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and move materials in yard; shovels loose material into hoppers.
• Clean work areas, machines and equipment in the plant including cooking processing equipment.
• Operate equipment as instructed and forklift.
• Removes trash from plant and paints equipment as necessary.
• Interact with others in a professional and ethical manner.
• Follow department and company procedures.
• Keep up regular attendance and punctuality; regular attendance and punctuality are essential for the smooth operation of this company.
