Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions is hiring a Production Warehouse Shipping Loader on the Second Shift to move glass, inspect products, and support a smooth production flow. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and precise labeling in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle heavy loads, read labels, perform quality checks, and rotate through tasks while maintaining a clean, safe workspace with reliable attendance. Night shift offers overtime as needed and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs unassisted and up to 150 lbs with assistance.
• Must be able to push weights greater than 150 lbs with a team.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to communicate as a member of a team.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must possess good hand-eye coordination and be detail-oriented.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure.
• All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production.
• Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends).
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Move glass from tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours daily.
• Transport materials, including glass from one position/location to another to expedite production.
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product.
• Quality inspection, operate equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment.
• Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow.
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis.
• Inspect product for abnormalities and notify supervisor of issues.
• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Regular and predictable attendance, safe task performance, and adherence to safety policies are essential.
