Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Marion, OH is seeking a Dock Loader for the 3rd shift (7:30pm–6:00am, Sunday–Thursday). You will load trucks with 100% accuracy, operate hand trucks and other equipment, and ensure safety and quality in every shipment.

Qualifications include 1–2 years of loading experience (window manufacturing preferred) and ability to read a tape measure; strong work ethic and teamwork are essential. This position offers full-time hours with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in loading, particularly in a window manufacturing environment preferred
• Glass handling and/or glass knowledge preferred
• Reading a tape measure is required

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and trailers with 100% accuracy
• Scan products loaded into trucks and report discrepancies
• Maintain safety and quality in all loading activities
• Record exceptions and manage manifests and counts
• Communicate delays or issues to supervisors
