Job summary

Elite Comfort Solutions, part of the Leggett & Platt family, is seeking a Bun Shipping Utility Person to support daily shipping, inventory, and material-handling operations. This shift runs 2AM to 10AM, Sunday night through Thursday night, requiring attention to priority tasks and safe, efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; or equivalent.
• 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 months of experience operating heavy machinery preferred.
• Ability to lift/move foam products and work safely in production.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate operational needs at the start of each shift.
• Perform inventory tagging, scanning, locating, and counting.
• Operate and monitor conveyors to move foam inventory.
• Operate the Looper crane to position foam safely.
• Participate in monthly inventory counts and documentation.
• Fill in for truck line employees and crane operators as needed.
• Clear the pour line after daily VISCO pours and prep for next cycle.
• Support shipping activities: staging, labeling, pallet movement.
• Communicate with supervisors to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
