• Plan and direct daily shipping while ensuring accuracy of documents.
• Process shipping paperwork accurately.
• Dispatch work to forklift drivers on the warehouse floor.
• Manage workload of incoming and outgoing freight.
• Perform daily proof of billing.
• Assist loaders with questions.
• Demonstrate problem solving and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain safety and ensure compliance with safety practices.
