Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates. Competitive pay of $21–$27 per hour based on experience, with night shift schedule Sunday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Previous die-cutting machine operating experience is required.
• Bobst 106 experience preferred; other sheetfed die-cutting equipment considered.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow job instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to stand for a 12-hour shift and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements.
• Ability to lift 10–15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sheetfed die-cutting equipment.
• Verify job specifications, dies, paper stock, and production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance, quality, and production efficiency.
• Make adjustments and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Stage completed work according to production instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Cross-train and assist with training other operators as needed.
