Position Details

Shift Options:

• 4-day work week: 9 PM - 7 AM
• 5-day work week: 9 AM - 6 PM

Role Overview: As a hands-on Service Manager, you'll support Goodyear's mobile maintenance team by managing workflows, supporting billing, and taking vehicles from start to finish. You'll also oversee team schedules and ensure timely, quality service.

Qualifications

Basic:

• Minimum 2 years management experience
• Willing to work scheduled nights and weekends
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet DOT requirements
• At least 21 years old

Preferred:

• High School diploma or GED
• Relevant commercial tire service or management experience
