About This Job: The Assistant Case Coordinator supports adolescents/young adults in a transitional living program that equips participants with skills for independent living. Responsibilities include teaching daily living tasks, documenting progress, maintaining facility safety and cleanliness, and transporting youth to various appointments and activities.

  • Support youth by teaching and supporting daily living tasks
  • Maintain documentation of skills and progress
  • Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and security
  • Conduct room searches and know the whereabouts of each participant
  • Transport youth to internships, jobs, and classes
  • Conduct perimeter and pat searches

Location: Wethersfield, CT 06109

Schedule: 40 hours/week, Mon-Wed & Fri

Pay: $22.50/hour, eligible for overtime

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • At least 1 year experience with system-involved youth
  • College degree in related fields (preferred)
  • Lived experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred)
