Job description

Position Overview

This position works closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager to receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet the needs of the store's customers and drive sales and profits. It also involves assisting Team Members in completing their tasks and ensuring they receive proper training, including ongoing compliance training.

The role acts as the leader on duty, responding to customer and team member concerns in the absence of the Store Manager. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store and ensuring the safety and security of all bookstore property and team members.
